뉴스 WCDN Conference in Australia

Hundreds of medical professionals from many countries gathered in Brisbane, Australia, on June 11-12 in Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre for the 8th International Christian Medical Conference named "Spirituality and Medicine" to explore whether miracles still happen today and, if they do, to provide medical data to prove them, reports Christian Telegraph.

The conference started with praise and worship followed by welcome message of World Christian Doctors Network (WCDN) founder Dr. Jaerock Lee. "I sincerely appreciate your dedication and participation," told pastor in his welcome message. "The highest goal every Christian has is salvation of souls. And for fulfillment of this goal God assigned different roles. Some are pastors, some are doctors, some are independent businessmen and so forth. Also we have different jobs and live in different environments. But one goal that unites us is salvation of souls. Apostle Paul warned us that days are evil and this warning is more realistic in our time. Many movements against Biblical teaching are taking place in every corner of the earth. Many people deny God and rebel against Bible. Nowadays people will hardly believe God just listening to the Gospel. Even listening to evangelists people are turning their faces away. But I still have a hope. If miracles of God will be manifested before people they can return to the loving arms of the Lord. But many people don't believe in God even when power of God is manifested right before their eyes. They desire to confirm it with medical documentation. I pray for Christian medical doctors. If they confirm healing of various diseases that can not be cured by men it will open the way to many people. Realize how important this role is. I wish you may be blessed and filled with the Holy Spirit during this conference. God the Father is waiting for your concern and devotion."

WCDN President Dr. Gilbert Chae in his speech gave thanks to all speakers and to all those who prepared and would present cases of divine healing. "I believe that this work is the important part of awakening of not only unbelievers but also of unbelieving doctors in your hospitals," he said. "The international conferences by WCDN is held every year in different countries. First conference was held in Korea in 2004, second – in India, third – in Philippines, forth – in USA, fifth – in Norway, sixth – in Ukraine, seventh – in Italy."

Dr. Sean Geogre, about resurrection from the dead

뉴스 WCDN Australia Chairman Dr. Mieke Kuiper

After him WCDN Australia Chairman Dr. Mieke Kuiper released her welcome message named "7 Mountains of Influence". She told about the fact that God promised revival to Australia. "He promised it 400 years ago – did you know that?" asked doctor Mieke. "Do you remember that nothing is impossible for us who believe because the price was paid in full? Every patient that you see, every problem that you see – if you believe in Him God gives you the authority. Do you know your original call? When God created man He said to him, "Take dominion, look after the Earth and protect it." Are you going to be vessels for the glory of God? It's huge responsibility," concluded doctor.

뉴스 Dr. Sean George prooving his resurrection from the dead

Followed by plenary speech by Australian Dr. Lachlan Dunjey about medicine with morality the first case was presented from Dr. Sean Geogre from Western Australia who presented a well documented case of cardiac arrest which actually appeared a bright testimony of resurrection from the dead. "When medicine can not explain something then medical doctors give it a name," started doctor Sean. "So this case was named "Lazarus Phenomena". What I am presenting to you happened on 24th of October 2008. A 39 years old patient came with chest discomfort. Blood pressure was 130/90." Demonstrating cardiogram of the patient Dr. Sean George stated that every cardiologist will recognize beginning of myocardial infarction. "Soon after that patient had no pulse and no breathing," the doctor continued. "GP confirmed that the patient was in the cardiac arrest. In such cases doctors use defibrillator and trying to restart the heart. That's exactly what GP did. The defibrillator was turned on 13:15 and in 13:44 the patient received the first shock. The second shock, the third shock... the thirteenth shock. And still there was absolutely not response at all. The patient received approximately from 55 to 60 minutes of CPR. Other doctors who arrived told the doctor to stop. Advanced life support is recommended to be called off within 20 minutes if there is nothing reversible. The reason for that is that if the brain doesn't get blood supply it will not work properly anymore. This process starts after about 3 minutes and it is totally irreversible after 30 minutes. After 60 minutes after CPR has started patient's wife arrived. By that time the patient was cold, blue and his heart was not working. His wife saw the situation, took his hand and said a very simple prayer, "Lord, he is only 39 years old. I am only 38. We have 10 years old boy. I need a miracle." My colleagues, that is exactly what happened – soon after the wife opened her eyes there was a lot of confusion and motion in the room because all of the sudden... "beep, beep, beep"... the heart beat was back. Friends, this patient total downtime was one hour and twenty five minutes... Obviously they could not send him into a morgue anymore because his heart was beating." Then Dr. Sean George asked doctors to tell their opinion about prognosis for such patient. All agreed that neurological and brain recovery was impossible for such patient. "Before the patient's wife came to bed – he opened his eyes," the doctor concluded. "He started to talk perfectly with memory on day six. All neurological functions were without deficit. Is this possible? Is there any medical explanation for this? Is this God?" After a short pause Dr. Sean George added, "Ladies and gentlemen, this patient was me."

뉴스 Crystal Singers team dancing

A Korean dancing and singing team "Crystal Singers" were a real gem stone of the conference performing songs in different languages and beautifully dancing as all conference participants were applauding to them.

After several other cases were presented – "Multiple Skull Fracture and ICH" by Dr. Brian Yeo from Korea and "Broken Neck & Incomplete Quadriplegia" by Dr. Mieke Kuiper, doctors heard more great plenary speeches. Among them - "Medical Mission Outreach – Africa" by Dr Judith Goh, "Reasons why Marriage and Gender Matter" by Warwick and Alison Marsh from Fatherhood Foundation, and also "Ministering in the Father's love" by pastor Doug Stanton from USA.

"I can hardly believe what I hear at this place," said one of delegates. "Each case is absolutely unique and very dramatic. Actually each of them can be used as ready-to-go scenario for a Hollywood movie or for a bestselling book. I am amazed with the WCDN conference in Australia – this is the best medical conference I have ever seen."
