Are they not all ministering spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
I will continue to present the 'Works of Angels' among the evidences that confirm the spiritual realm. Last time, I explained the general idea of angels and their duties and roles. There are angels that always stay close to us. They are generally called 'guardian angels' and their duty is to 'protect the God-believing children from any accidents or diseases.'
Tonight I'd like to introduce how Manmin members have been protected from accidents by the help of angels. I hope you can feel the love of God the Father who protects us by the hands of angels.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
The following account is the first case of being protected in an accident by angels we'll look at. In April 2005 there was a forrest fire in Yang-Yang area of Kangwondo. A mother to a Manmin member was living in a village which was inside the fire area. This member heard the news about the fire, and he quickly drove to his mother's while praying earnestly to God.
But he couldn't even approach his mother's house because the furious blaze had already devoured the village. There were people from the village who barely escaped without packing precious belongings. The fire was brought under control the next morning leaving only ashes.
To his surprise his mother's house was the only house that was not damaged by the fire at all. In fact, her house was the closest to the forest, and it should have been the first house to catch fire. There was even a barrel which was full of oil, and an LPG can, but they didn't catch fire either. Here is another interesting thing; some of the roofing and rafters had told signs of catching fire, but the fire died out without spreading. All neighboring houses were burned, but her house was not burned at all.
According to a person whose spiritual eyes are open, a huge angel spread both wings and covered her house. That's why the fire skipped her house. How amazing! We also have a member whose business was immediately adjacent to a building that caught fire, but his business was not damaged at all; we have countless testimonies similar to these.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ. What if your spiritual eyes open and you see your angel that works so hard for you? You will find a new peace of mind everyday. A Manmin member recently eye-witnessed an angel that protected him in a moment of crisis.
Here is a testimony of Deacon Sun-Duck Yang. It was May 6, 2017. He was walking along the sidewalk by a 2-lane road on his way home. Suddenly, a truck drove over the centerline, and ran into him. He shouted and signaled the driver to stop the truck, but he was hit by it and fell down to the ground. A police car found him, and he was brought to hospital and examined, but there was nothing wrong , no injuries were found. And he had no aftereffects at all.
How did God the Father protect him? He described the very moment of the accident in his testimony. "There was an angel that was a little taller than the truck. This angel stretched both arms to stop the truck. The wings were folded to its back. Instantly the angel covered me with a transparent thing which seemed a protecting shield to me."
You are protected like this wherever you are. Guardian angels are busy doing their duties. I hope you will give thanks to Father God of love who protects you by the hands of angels, the firewall of the Holy Spirit and His blazing eyes in all situations.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
A second type of work that angels do in this church is the various drawings and pictures.
It happened in the Philippine Crusade in October 2001. On the first day of the crusade, I was talking about wonders and rainbows that always take place in this church. Those who were listening to me looked up to the sky and cheered. The moment I was talking about rainbows, Father God showed a rainbow encircling the moon in the sky. The words out of my lips brought down the answer right away.
Now, this was also the work of angels. Three months prior to the crusade, Father God told me beforehand that He would send two strong angels. According to the testimony of those whose spiritual eyes open, the moment I talked about rainbows, one on the right of the strong angels swirled its finger and there was a rainbows around the moon.
In the history of Manmin, there have been so many works of angels. Especially in 1997, and 1998, by the grace of Father God, the spiritual realm was clearly revealed more than anytime before. By His grace, so many members' spiritual eyes were opened so that they could be eye-witnesses of angels. From little children to adults, many of you testified that you saw angels.
June 21, 1998, pictures of men were drawn clearly on the 4 pillars of the sanctuary. I was about to go to Mountain Prayer after Sunday Evening Service. Father God was pleased with it and put pictures on the pillars. The pictures were so distinct that they could be clearly recognized with naked-eyes. They were the pictures of Jesus bleeding wearing a crown of thorns, Jesus on the cross pierced in His side by a spear, Apostle John, and Apostle Peter.
As the news of these pictures spread out, more than 7,000 visited this church to see the pictures. The pictures remained day and night for many weeks. People took pictures of them with their camera. A professional painter drew copies of them as well.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, similar works of angels are found in the Bible as well. As in Daniels 5, King Belshazzar of Babylon held a great feast for his nobles and they mocked God. They drank from the gold and silver vessels that they took from the Temple of God in Jerusalem, and they praised their idols. Suddenly the fingers of a man's hand emerged, wrote on the wall of the king's palace, and disappeared.
The king was shocked to see this. He said he would greatly reward anyone who could translate it. But no one could either read it, or translate it. People remembered Daniel who received the wisdom of God, they called for him. Daniel wrote the inscription into Chaldean, "MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN," and he even explained its spiritual meaning. His interpretation was that, because the king Belshazzar was so arrogant to mock God, his kingdom would be given over to the Medes and Persians.
The fingers appeared and wrote in the air; it was the work of an angel. To make Belshazzar the king realize how evil he was, God the Father warned the king of judgment through an angel. Since it was the writing of an angel, fleshly people could neither read the writing nor interpret it, but only Daniel could understand it because he was after the will of God.
As you can see, God the Father reveals His power to those who stand against God, and present the spiritual realm to give them a chance to believe in God. He has also let His God-believing children see and experience the spiritual things so that they can long for the spiritual realm all the more.
There are special occasions when God shows the spiritual realm to Manmin members more bountifully. They are the summer retreat, church anniversary, my birthday, and so on; on these occasions, God presents surprise gifts to double our joy and happiness. The circular rainbows and aurora-like lights were also the gifts God presented on my birthday.
Last May 15, 2017, on my birthday, God gave us a surprise gift again. On that day, I shared with you the grace that I received through 'Shin-Sa-im-dang.' When the event was about to end, I gave prayer to God the Father with a wish that God might draw a picture of 'Shin-Sa-im-dang' on the drapes by the hands of angels.
What happened then? Right after I finished my prayer, the pictures of her appeared on the drapes. Father God answered to my prayer, and angels obeyed to draw the picture of 'Shin-Sa-im-dang.'' What was more surprising? To help you believe without doubt, they drew the same picture as her picture on the Korean 50,000 won bill. Angels were wise enough to do their job.
That was not it, though. A few days later after my birthday, there was a seminar for church workers in the prayer house. During the seminar, I and church workers were happy to talk about the drawings of ''Shin-Sa-im-dang.' Then we found another drawing of 'Shin-Sa-im-dang' on the wall of a room. Angels heard my comment on 'Shin-Sa-im-dang' during the seminar, and they drew it.
In this church, there have been so many wonderful drawings and pictures through the work of angels. Especially in 2017, you took various pictures of me that appeared in the clouds of the sky, and in many objects around you such as flower petals, which drove you to long for the spiritual realm all the more. All of these are the love of God who wants you to grow your faith and hope much more greatly by making you experience the spiritual realm. I hope you can feel the love of God all the more through the gifts that Father God will present.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ.
The third type of angels' works in this church is that we become happy to see wonderful incidents by the help of angels.
In the bible, angels appeared and helped the people of God many times. In Acts Chapter 12, for example, Apostle Peter in a jail was set free by the help of an angel. Acts 12:7-10 says, "[7] And behold, an angel of the Lord suddenly appeared and a light shone in the cell; and he struck Peter's side and woke him up, saying, "Get up quickly " And his chains fell off his hands. [8] And the angel said to him, "Gird yourself and put on your sandals." And he did so. And he said to him, "Wrap your cloak around you and follow me." [9] And he went out and continued to follow, and he did not know that what was being done by the angel was real, but thought he was seeing a vision. [10]When they had passed the first and second guard, they came to the iron gate that leads into the city, which opened for them by itself; and they went out and went along one street, and immediately the angel departed from him."
To set Peter free from the prison, God sent the angel, had the angel wake Peter up and unchain him. Angels not only protect the children of God from dangerous accidents, but help them in their everyday lives.
I've personally received angels' help so many times. It was when I was a seminary college student. Back then, I went to church to pray from midnight till 4 in the morning. I was never late even for a minute for a vowed prayer. After the prayer, I came back to my private room and went to bed around 5 in the morning. And I had to wake up at 7 to go to school. Since I didn't skip a day during this routine, it was sometimes difficult to wake up at 7. Then, God always woke me precisely at 7 by the help of angels.
That is, I heard the voice of my first daughter who used to bring me breakfast everyday. One day, I heard her voice, "Daddy." I woke up, and opened the door to find no one. It was 7 o'clock sharp in the morning. The next day around at 7, I heard the voice again. "Daddy." I woke up, and opened the door to find no one. Then I realized that God woke me at by the help of angels.
On my family vacations, or on occasions with those who work close to me, when I played mini golf games or yut games, something which is not expected to happen actually took place. Back then, I'd never learned golf, but I made holes in one. When the ball was out of bounds down the cliff, the ball bounced back into the fairway from time to time. It didn't happen just once or twice. As it continued to happen, those who were with me realized there was help of angels, and they confessed it.
There is another similar experience. In February, 2000, Pastors and Elders were playing game of yut on Lunar New Year Day. The team of elders was winning the game far ahead, and it was my turn to throw the yut which was the last turn of the game. Surprisingly, whenever I threw the yut, it was either YUT or MO, which allowed for me to keep throwing the yut again and again. In a blink of an eye, the team of pastors won the game.
A man with spiritual eyes open happened to see that whenever I threw the yuts, angels make it either YUT or MO. In fact, I experienced these wonderful things many times when I was alone, but I didn't testify to them all.
One day, I couldn't sleep, but tossed and turned in bed. Then my audio player played the tape which was the recording of God's revelation all by itself. It was the strong angel that played the audio player. The lamp stands in my bedroom turned on and off by themselves, too. I had recorded it with a camera and showed it to you before. The small lamp stand repeated 4 functions in less than a second. The big lamp stand repeated 7 functions in less than a second.
I'm more thankful because not only I myself but other members also had similar experiences. I cannot list all of them since there are too many, but let me introduce just a few. A watch which had been dead with no battery suddenly began to operate. A cell phone suddenly played my sermons all by itself. The wallpaper of a smartphone automatically changed into the picture of Shepherd's Castle or my picture.
Actually, some members reacted somewhat cynically to other members' testimonies of these incidents, but when such things happened to them, they were also amazed and joyful. Dear brothers and sisters in Christ. I told you that angels become happy as they see their masters look happy. How joyful will angels become as their masters long for spiritual things, and live with hope for Heaven in the fullness of the Spirit?
Our Father God is just as happy too. As you experience the spiritual realm bit by bit, it is our Father God who is the most joyful. He is so because as you see the spiritual things, you will have faith, and because as you have hope for heaven, you will work harder to take heaven by force and make more effort to sanctify yourself. Moreover, your love for God the Father will become greater and greater.
God promised that, in 2018, the spiritual realm would be all the more clearly revealed by the higher level of utilizing spiritual spaces. After He said so, during the Special Daniel Prayer Meeting in latter 2017, a Manmin member took wonderful video clips. In the video clips, the angel turns on the lamp stand and turns it off as she speaks.
Well, this is how she took the wonderful video clips. She received a gift of a lamp stand that had my picture put into it. One day, she turned off the light and went to bed. Suddenly the lamp stand turned on by itself along with my picture. As the lamp stand turned on by itself a couple of times more, she realized it was an angel that turned it on and off. With her longing heart, she decided to ask her angel to turn it on by faith.
What do you think happened? The moment she said, "Dear angel, please turn it on," the lamp stand was turned on. Remembering the meaning the number 7, which is the perfect number, she asked 7 times, and surprisingly whenever she spoke, the lamp stand was turned on right away.
The story didn't end here. She then asked the angel to turn it off. And again, the angel obeyed and turned off the lamp stand. This kind of testimony will soon be told by Manmin members many times. It is because God the Father promised that the pictures of the spiritual beings such as angels and death-messenger would be taken in 2018.
Not in the drawings on the drapes or walls, the pictures of their actual beings will be taken by your camera. In fact, you must have spiritual eyes open to see such spiritual beings. Even without the spiritual eyes, however, God will show them before your naked eyes as if they were in the form of flesh. I hope all of you will have greater longing hearts and offer testimonies to such occurrences.
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ. As the end time draws nearer and nearer, God the Father reveals the spiritual realm more and more clearly. And He lets you experience the spiritual realm by His grace. Do you all long for it? I especially hope you can get guidance and help from the angel that stays closest to you.
The enemy devil and Satan try all means to bring sufferings to people on this earth, but angels always help us and protect us so that we can swell in the truth. May your spiritual faith and hope grow much bigger as you experience angels, fully receive and enjoy grace and blessing, in the name of the Lord, Jesus Christ, I pray! |
