Some people make excuses for their faults and lay the blame on others. Other people admit their mistakes and use them as an opportunity to make changes. Among people in the Bible, King Saul and King David were in such situations. King Saul tended to make excuses and blame others. He was repeatedly disobedient to God. As a result, he died a tragic death in war. But when King David realized his fault he acknowledged it and repented thoroughly. In God's love David became the greatest king of Israel. In light of this, we should have the wisdom to use our faults as a chance to be changed.
