It is said that if we catch and liquefy the breath from someone who gets angry and speaks, a brown toxic sediment remains in the condensed liquid. It's not just furious words or violent words, but seemingly trifling things such as flushing and speaking or becoming annoyed and talking bluntly have an effect. Becoming angry does not only harm others, but also your own spirit (James 1:20). To get rid of this anger, you have to seize control and endure your emotions. You have to persevere while continually filling your heart with goodness and love. If you keep trying without ceasing or changing, the feeling of anger itself will depart without you even being aware of it.
