These days it seems that people think they have to be different from others to have competitive power. It has caused complications between generations. It is especially true with young people who have been grown up with comparatively greater freedom than previous generations. They have a clear sense of self-assertion and may experience conflict with others because of it. Therefore, to be a tolerant person among all generations in your work and society, you should first have a heart that has consideration and respect for others. You should humble yourself and regard others as more important than yourselves (Philippians 2:3).
