Some vessels shine brightly when they are polished because of their quality of hardness, while others, though hard, are too fragile and easily broken. The heart of a man is like a vessel. So, you must not look at others by your own standard or point out others' insufficiency. Some may receive your calling attending to the weakness with gratitude and improve themselves, but some others may be hurt and disappointed. Therefore, you must think once more before you say something to others, no matter how good the word is.
"Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person" (Colossians 4:6).
