Most people get angry when they suffer loss or damage as a result of others or when something doesn't go as they want. Anger causes people to become negative. So when ill feelings come upon you, first you have to try to take your time and control your anger. If you let your temper flare up and look back at it, you feel ashamed about it. If you do not seek your own good but the good of others with love, you will not get angry and tempers will never flare under any circumstances, but you will enjoy peace in your home, at your work places, and everywhere. Ephesians 4:26 reads, "Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger."
