A man was wandering in the middle of a desert, not eating any food for several days. He found a big bag afar. He ran up there and opened it expecting there might be water or food. Unexpectedly, a shining pearl, which he had liked so much, was in the bag. But now he was despaired rather than happy. The very thing that he needed was water and food. In the same way, becoming an essential being to others in each position is more valuable than gaining a beautiful and expensive pearl.
"She is more precious than jewels; And nothing you desire compares with her." (Proverbs 3:15)
