The higher the sugar content the fruit has, the more curved its tree branches become. So pear trees have branches curved more than those of apple trees, and grapes curve more than pear trees. In the same manner, many of those who were greatly used by God suffered difficult trials. Apostle Paul, who was considered the greatest apostle in the New Testament times, received many lashes and even put his life at risk to spread the gospel. However, he came to rely on God all the more through the hardship and led countless souls to the arms of the Lord (Psalm 119:71).
