The Apostle Paul was the apostle for the Gentiles. He preached the Gospel of Jesus Christ and established churches in many places. He was a man of great faith, but he didn't force that same faith on others. Just like a mother would give milk to baby and food to those children who can eat food, Paul led others according to their own faith. Most people lead others by having others meet their own personal standards. That is because they want to show that their competency as leaders is greater than that of others. But a true leader doesn't insist on his standard but considers that of others and leads them according to it.
