A company or an organization may have its own standards to choose the person that 'fits in' in the group. Businesses involved in manufacturing tend to demand workers perseverance and tenacity while financial institutions desire trustworthiness. What about standards to 'fit in' for those who want to enter Heaven? It's not a place where we need to creatively manufacture something or where we are expected to increase sales with integrity and trust. It is a place where brothers and sisters in Christ will love and serve one another and live together forever. Therefore, the person who 'fits in' in Heaven is the kind of person who first loves God above all else and then loves neighbors as he would love himself (Mark 12:30-31).
