A grasshopper is a little and weak insect. But A cloud of grasshoppers can do an irrevocable damage to the crops. So even man cannot ignore them. The grasshoppers don’t have a commander to elaborate a plan of operations or give them orders. But when they meet a stream, the ones in the front part drown themselves in water so that the rest of the cloud can cross the stream on their bodies. If a fire is on their way, thousands of them wet themselves with water and fly into the fire so that their cloud can pass the fire in the end. Now then, if we the human beings who are so much higher and nobler than the grasshoppers become one without any dispute or struggle, how great our power will be! As a harmonious chorus of several hundred members gives us different impression from that of a soloist, the power of those who become one by getting together in their capability and wisdom is so big beyond imagination. Therefore, in whatever organization we belong to, we must not stick to our own opinions, thoughts or theories but respect others. When we become one in love, we can accomplish bigger things.
