If you love someone, you may naturally seek his/her benefit. Let's think about a discussion meeting. One person insists on his own idea until the others agree with it. Another doesn't insist but she doesn't like the other's opinions. But still another pays attention to and follows others' opinions though his idea is better. It's because he loves and honors others and does not seek his own benefit. Jesus had this spiritual love. He gave up everything He could have enjoyed and only lived for people who had wandered like sheep that had no shepherd. He could do so because He loved mankind so much. To seek others' benefits the way He did doesn't cause you a loss, but it leads you to a way of true blessings.
