The Nissi Orchestra members say they are the happiest of people because they can deliver performances that show the love of the Lord and hope for New Jerusalem, the most beautiful heavenly dwelling place.

Nissi Orchestra was founded only for the glory of God, and now it has celebrated its 21st anniversary. On March 1, 1992, Nissi Orchestra was organized after several years of prayer offered up by Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee who knew the heart of God who delights in praises. It now comprises of 74 members including a conductor.

'Nissi' means triumph as written in Exodus 17:15 (KJV). The Nissi Orchestra has made worship services full of the Spirit by showing their inspiring performances with the choirs. They also joined Dr. Lee's overseas ministry for the 2000 Nagoya Miracle Convention in Japan, the 2001 Philippines United Crusade, and the 2003 Russia Miracle Festival.

The Nissi Orchestra has also performed in national events such as the National Annual Breakfast Prayer Meeting, Goodwill Concerts in foreign embassies, and the opening ceremony of Goodwill Match of 2002 Korea-Japan Joint-hosted World Cup. In a great variety of united events of the Christian world including 1992 World Holy Spirit Explosion Crusade, the orchestra has contributed to evangelization and development of Christian culture with more than 100 performances including many charity concerts held by social organizations. They also deliver the love of God by releasing praise albums at home and abroad.

There is a special reason their performances move the hearts of many people. It is because the members themselves have experienced the love of the Lord and are focused on offering up performances which can please God.

Elder Kwanhyung Cho, who is the conductor, gave glory to God saying, "It is not that the members had sincere faith from the beginning, but while listening to Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons they realized that they have to love God and live in His will. In doing so, they strengthened the base of their faith and experienced greater grace of God. In the end, they have become performers who offer up their hearts in their performances."

Deaconess Jiyoung Lee, President of Nissi Orchestra, has helped the members unite in the love of the Lord. She stated, "The members have been changed by the Word of God. They serve each other with mutual consideration. They rejoice together when something good happens to other members, and they pray together when other members face difficulties. In all things and all the time, we are united in the love of the Lord." As their spiritual love increased, their performances have moved the church members all the more and their love has also been accepted by God as a beautiful aroma. There are orchestra members who became pastors who are now dedicated to souls' salvation. Many of the other members also experienced the power of God and gave glory to God.

By Dr. Lee's prayer, Deaconess Miyoung Ahn (violin) was healed of calcific tendinitis, Sister Minkyung Lee (marimba and percussion), was healed of a cervical cyst, and Deaconess Eunjung Kim (horn), was healed of a fractured toe. Deaconess Jieun Park (double bass) was cured of a urinary stone, and Hyena Jung, daughter of Deaconess Junga Lee (viola), was healed of a hip abscess. A married couple, Deacon Jaemin Lee (horn) and Deaconess Eunsung Kim (double bass), received the blessing of conception.

Nissi Orchestra wishes to give glory to God every time with its best performance. They get recharged by offering up the regular services and praying in Daniel Prayer Meeting. They don't have just regular practices, but also each individual has been endeavoring to improve their skill. They have increased the number of the members to become a large-scale internationally recognized orchestra.

Above all, they want to be an orchestra that proclaims the glory of God to countless souls in the world with the flag of victory in the lead with Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee. We give all thanks and glory to God who has led them in His love.
