At the request of Pastor Milton Akirala (Kisumu Manmin Church), Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong, who is the President of United Holiness Church of Jesus Christ, Africa and ministering Kenya Manmin Holiness Church, led the pastors' seminar for two days on January 26th and 27th. On the first day, he preached about the powerful ministry of Dr. Jaerock Lee and the providence of creation, and on the second day, he gave a lecture on the Book of Job. Bishop Phoebe registered his church as a branch church after hearing the message on the first day and asked Bishop Dr. Myongho Cheong to hold a seminar for the pastors of all branch and associative churches in Kisumu again in early March, saying that he wanted to establish Manmin Mission Center by donating his four-acre land.
In addition, Pastor Zephaniah, President of Pastors' Association in Kisumu said, "I thought I knew well about the Bible but I think I have to study the Bible from the beginning after hearing Bishop Dr. Cheong's lecture on the Book of Job." Through this seminar, 22 churches newly registered as branch churches and 17 churches as associative churches.
