The significance of evangelical outreach through such broadcast media as television and radio today cannot be stressed enough. Recognizing the importance, Manmin TV attended "The 2010 Federation of International Cable Television Association of the Philippines (FICAP) Exposition" and promoted the ministries of Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee and Manmin TV. Attended by renowned cable television networks throughout the Philippines, the Manmin TV booth had on display Dr. Lee's published works translated into numerous languages and English editions of Manmin News, all of which served to attract countless visitors and broadcasters. Juliano Tamano, President of FICAP, also visited the Manmin TV booth and expressed her gratitude for Manmin TV's continued participation. Representatives from many local cable TV networks who paid visits to the Manmin TV booth stated that their businesses expanded after they began broadcasting Manmin TV's programming. They also expressed an immense interest in Manmin TV's ministry and a hope for cooperation. After deliberation, Manmin TV entered into new contracts with five cable networks including MISAMIS Cable; NAIC Cable; Dolores Cable; BHT Cable; and Countrywide networks. In addition, Elder James Lee, Planning Director of Manmin TV, delivered to the General Assembly a greeting in which he further promoted Manmin TV's ministry and, in recognition of Manmin TV's continual participation and support, received a plaque of gratitude from FICAP.
* FICAP is an agora of visions for cable networks throughout the Philippines regardless of their religious affiliations.
