The fire of the gospel is blazing owing to signs and powerful works that unfolded in Pakistan where 97% of the population is Muslim and in Sri Lanka where 69% is Buddhist. From October 16 to 26, 2012, Pastor Taesik Gil (Daejeon Manmin Church) with Manmin's mission team went on a mission trip to Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

On October 17, 2012, a Doctoral Degree Award Ceremony for Pastor Taesik Gil was held in the Ambassador Hotel in Lahore, Pakistan. The Council of the Bishops & Heads of the National Churches awarded doctor's degrees in Pedagogy and Ministry to Pastor Gil in acknowledgement of his contribution to the Pakistani ministry. Pastor Gil has visited Pakistan 14 times over the past ten years and held seminars and handkerchief healing crusades in 12 cities. Also, Bright Future Society, one of the Non-governmental Organization (NGO), presented Good Samaritan Award to Dr. Jaerock Lee in gratitude for his devotion to souls' salvation.

In the seminar that followed, Pastor Gil preached the message about the providence of human cultivation based on Dr. Jaerock Lee's book Awaken, Israel. In the evening, on the request of Pastor Anwar Fazal, President of Isaac TV, Handkerchief Healing Crusade was conducted in the Full Gospel Assembly. Pastor Gil preached in the crusade and explained about the four reasons why Jesus is our only Savior and prayed for the sick with the handkerchief of power (Acts 19:11-12).

On October 18, a Pastors' Seminar was held in the Water of Life Church ministered by Pastor Anwar Fazal. Pastor Gil, Speaker of the seminar lectured on "The Measure of Faith". The attendees were impressed by the spiritual message and asked him to provide them with more of Dr. Jaerock Lee's messages.

On October 20, Handkerchief Healing Crusade was conducted in Kirulnapona, Colombo in Sri Lanka. Pastor Gil preached on the subjects "The Reason God Cultivates Humans" and "The Reason God Placed the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil". On October 21, he preached about Jesus Christ in Wattala Handkerchief Healing Crusade.

In the Handkerchief Healing Crusade conducted for the two days, many people gave great glory to the living God after being healed of various diseases and pains. Gayan Dayasinghe (male, aged 6) had to rely on an inhaler due to difficulty in breathing, but he felt warmth in his chest and neck during the crusade and he was healed. S. Nihal Fernando (male, aged 54) said that the after-effects of an accident disappeared. Bridgette (female, aged 60) recovered eyesight. Maradayi (female, aged 65) was healed of spinal pain. Many testimonies overflowed in addition to these.

On October 22, Colombo Pastors' Seminar was held and Pastor Gil gave a lecture on "The Measure of Faith." The pastors in attendance said, "The lecture is truly grounded in the Bible and it is spiritual and deep." On October 23, the Seminar for Pastors in Kandy was held with the theme "The Message of the Cross." With the seminar's conclusion, the whole schedule of the mission trip ended. The pastors who enjoyed the essence of the holiness gospel are already looking forward to coming seminars.
