At this beginning of 2013, Manmin Central Church is burning with the Spirit's work. In the middle of the rapid spiritual flow that has been running for the past few years, the original voice was issued forth at the 2013 New Year's Service. On the strength of the original voice, all members as well as pastors became more enthusiastic than ever before in accomplishing sanctification. It is the love of God who desires to turn out countless spiritual warriors that have the heart of the Lord before constructing the Canaan Sanctuary (Manmin's 6th Sanctuary), that will bring forth God's light of judgment to this spiritually dark world full of unrighteousness and lawlessness.
The mightiest flow is running through fervent prayer. Following the example of Jesus who prayed so fervently that His sweat became like drops of blood, all members pray to discover themselves and cast off evil in Daniel Prayer Meeting that starts at 9 P.M. They fill not only the main sanctuary and the 2nd sanctuary but also the local sanctuaries.
Since January 1, 2013, Mrs. Boknim Lee, President of Manmin Prayer Center, has continued to lead the prayer meeting and offered up fervent prayers and the members have looked back upon their Christian lives and recovered the trust relation with God. Upon Manmin, God has poured down the work of repentance, the fullness of the Spirit, and the blessing of gaining strength. Through other prayer meetings of parishes and missions, they also recover the love of God in the works of the Holy Spirit. Many members say they realize the importance of unceasing prayer once again. They also say they are thankful that they can cry out in prayer.
There is another flow that is running and members are again re-arming themselves with the Word of God. They read the Bible and memorize the verses. Furthermore, they are arming themselves with the Word by listening to Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's sermons such as: 'The Beatitudes', 'The Nine Fruits of the Spirit', and 'The Love Chapter', that play the role of 'signposts' as they make their way towards holiness. By doing so, they discover their shortcomings and happily cultivate their hearts.
Some of them write down untruthful attributes that they've discovered through the messages and pray to cast them off until they are completely rooted out. Others make a note of 'Thanksgiving' and concentrate on becoming sanctified. Additionally, they try hard to fill up their deficiencies of the body to become a holy child of God. They do so, as a member of Manmin who will awaken 'Manmin' (all people of all nations), to prepare vessels that embrace souls in various classes who will come to Manmin.
What's more is that this spiritual flow isn't restricted to just each individual but also the flow helps missions, parishes, and church departments. They encourage one another and ride on the spiritual flow with happiness and fervor. There is revival in all meetings and the members give advice of love to one another and pray for each other's spiritual growth, which reminds us of the Early Church. Through this change, they give out the fragrance of the Christ in their businesses, families, and workplaces. In addition to the church, they work in all God's household, and receive love and blessings.
In particular, pastors and Levite workers (full-time workers of the church), who are the backbone of God's kingdom, have time to establish and recover the relationship, based on mutual trust, with God in His grace in a bid to fulfill their duties spiritually.
We hope that all members will pass the level of 'Standing on the Rock of Faith', become men of spirit and whole spirit quickly, and are used as instruments of glory in 2013.
