Elder Boaz Lee, President of Manmin TV, visited Costa Rica April 17-25, 2007 and reached an agreement with Enlace – the largest Christian broadcaster in Central and South America – to broadcast the messages of Dr. Jaerock Lee for free of charge starting June 2007. Enlace had previously broadcast live "The 2004 Peru Healing Crusade" and "The 2006 New York Crusade," both of which Dr. Lee conducted.
