2014 Leadership Conference was held in Daemyung Vivaldi Park, Hongcheon-gun in Gangwon Province, from June 30 to July 2 in 2014 under the title of "Whole Spirit II" based on Hebrews 10:22 with Dr. Jaerock Lee.

Eleven small auditoriums as well as the Diamond Hall, the main auditorium, were all filled with pastors, church leaders, workers, and believers from in and outside of Korea. People from 23 countries including the U.S., Israel, France, and Kenya as well as those from branch churches in Korea such as from Masan, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Chuncheon attended. The message was interpreted simultaneously in English, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, French, Mongolian, and Vietnamese.

'Whole Spirit' refers to the level of faith with which people have no evil at all and resemble God. Those at the level of whole spirit are God's true children who see everything in His sight, think by His standard, and speak and act in His way. Prior to accomplishing whole spirit, the attendees learned how to stand on the rock of faith and reach the level of spirit, and measured their faith in this leadership conference.

At the first session, the speaker Dr. Jaerock Lee again addressed the nine kinds of untruthful attributes that hinder people from standing on the rock of faith with many practical examples. The attributes are anger; ill feelings; hatred, jealousy, and envy; lying and deceiving heart; judgment; changing heart; adultery; greed, selfish motives, and covetousness; and betrayal.

At the second session, Dr. Lee explained about the reasons some people have not yet come to stand on the rock of faith; why others are stagnating in growth of faith though they stood on the rock of faith; why others can't enter spirit though they are close to the level of spirit; and why others are tied up in the same level without development though they came into spirit. He explained case by case with examples of actual people. Dr. Lee also urged the attendees to strive for the goal, the level of whole spirit without stopping.

The attendees who had prepared for the conference changed immediately at the seminar and experienced healing works. They came to have greater longing for the heart of whole spirit that is the best fruit of human cultivation.

God allowed many pastors, workers, and members to increase their faith, stand on the rock of faith, and achieve the heart of spirit through Leadership Conferences of 2011, 2012, and 2013 under the titles of 'Measure of Faith', 'Spirit', and 'Whole Spirit I'. The message 'Whole Spirit II' in 2014 Conference caused the attendees' faith to grow up, and even men of spirit to reach higher level of spirit and to resemble God more completely in words, deeds, and hearts.

Additionally, Mrs. Boknim Lee led the 'Fullness of the Spirit' Prayer Meeting in the afternoon of the first day. Pastor Heejin Lee led the morning seminar on the second day with all attendees offering up special praise to God with unity and checked themselves and made new resolutions. On the third day of the conference, they shared a happy time at the waterpark.

Through this conference, it is expected that thousands of people will stand on the rock of faith, hundreds of people will achieve the heart of spirit, and finally end up accomplishing whole spirit.
