"The 17th General Assembly & Ordination" of the United Holiness Church of Korea took place at the Main Sanctuary of Manmin Joong-ang Church, July 2-3, 2007. The Opening Service of the General Assembly on July 2, presided by Rev. Hang-yeop Lee (President, Jeolla Region Association) and with a message proclaimed by Rev. Sang-tae Kim, was followed by the General Assembly session that included registration and receipt of motions and petitions, and reports and voting results from each regional association. In the election of the church officials, Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee was elected Chairperson and Rev. Sang-tae Kim and Elder Boaz Lee to the posts of Assistant chairpersons. Also, Rev. Joong-won Lee was elected General Director, Rev. Dae-hee Cho to the office of Secretary with Rev. Tae-shik Gil as Assistant Secretary, and Rev. Hyun-kwon Joo as Treasurer and Rev. Mi-kyung Lee as Assistant Treasurer.
During the first part of the Ordination that took place on July 3, Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee testified to a message entitled "Power" based on Mark 16:15-18, urged pastors and ministers gathered to "become God's servants of power in the last days and bring countless souls to salvation." The second part featured ordination of Revs. Gwi-ok Lee, Heesun Lee, Wan-sup Shim, and Jacob Hosoo Lee (Kenya).
