God wants His children to stay healthy without diseases, to be rich helping others, and remain peaceful with no fear of disasters.

Exodus 15:26 reads, "If you will give earnest heed to the voice of the LORD your God, and do what is right in His sight, and give ear to His commandments, and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I, the LORD, am your healer." By living by the Word of God, they are protected, and even if they may come down with some diseases, when they look back and repent, they are healed through the power of God (Relevant testimonies on page 3).

Isaiah 58:13-14 recounts, "…and call the sabbath a delight, the holy day of the LORD honorable, and honor it, desisting from your own ways, from seeking your own pleasure and speaking your own word, then you will take delight in the LORD, and I will make you ride on the heights of the earth; and I will feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father…" Malachi 3:10 reads, "'Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this,' says the LORD of hosts, 'if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows.'" The passages show us that the key to being protected and receiving blessings is to fully keep the Lord's Day and to give the whole tithe.

The members of Manmin Central Church have tried hard to live by the Word, keep the Lord's Day holy and give the whole tithe. Thus, they have lived under the protection of God who keeps His children safe beyond human control even in natural disasters. They even have received many blessings in their businesses and workplaces even though we are in a global financial downturn (Relevant stories on pages 1 and 4).


Ebola Virus Disease Disappeared through Dr. Jaerock Lee's Prayer!

When I started a political career, I had no source of political support. But through Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer, I was promoted continually.

In August 2014, I used to be working as governor of Equateur, DR Congo, and a lot of people in the area became infected with Ebola virus. The virus was a highly contagious fatal disease and the case fatality rates have varied from 25% to 90% in past outbreaks, which shocked us.

The President of DR Congo, Joseph Kabila, commanded me to stop the Ebola virus from reaching Kinshasa the capital city. But, there was no way humanly to do it. In 2011, I had experienced the power of God. My daughter, Manuela was in danger during delivery, but she came to life through Dr. Lee's space-and-time-transcending prayer.



On September 16, 2014, I sent the prayer request to Dr. Lee with faith. I received a phone call that said that Dr. Lee had prayed on September 21. I checked the process of the virus spread every day, and I also checked it after his prayer. Checking the situation, I could not but feel astonished. This was because from the day of Dr. Lee's prayer, there was not a new case of the disease reported.

President Joseph Kabila finally declared in the UN General Assembly that Ebola had been stopped in DR Congo. I give all thanks and glory to God who eradicated Ebola in DR Congo.


We Have Been Protected, Even in the April 2015 Nepal Earthquake!

It was 11:56 A.M. on Saturday April 25, 2015. We offer up the main services on Saturday, so we were in the church. My church members were going downstairs to have their meal after the main Morning Service. At noon, an earthquake with magnitude 7.8 hit the area and lasted for more than an hour. Most of the members went out to the road outside.

I heard later that the members on the road were watching the church. The building was narrower and higher than other buildings (right). It was staggering as if it were on a ride. It looked very dangerous. They cried and prayed. At 1 P.M., I held a prayer meeting instead of the worship service that was to be held at 2 P.M. After the prayer meeting, I prayed in the cafeteria in the yard of the building with the members who wanted to stay at the church. At 5:45 P.M. Daniel Prayer Meeting started. We were attending the Special Daniel Prayer Meeting held in Manmin Central Church in Seoul via GCN.



The next day was when the Special Daniel Prayer Meeting ended and Senior Pastor prayed for all who attended the prayer meeting for 42 days. We received Senior Pastor's prayer of blessing live via GCN. He prayed for those of us in the Mission Center in Nepal. In fact, it was forecast that a stronger earthquake with magnitude 9 to 12 would hit the entire area of Nepal and it would rain heavily. Even an avalanche was forecast. So nobody was sure about survival. However, we received Senior Pastor's prayer. My church members found nothing damaged in their houses, and their houses were not broken into. The 208 branch and associate churches (currently 220 churches) had been placed under God's protection.
