On May 22, 2016, the District, Sub-district, and Cell Leaders' Devotional Service was offered up during Sunday Evening Service. The devotees numbered 1,690 which includes the leaders of three great grand parishes (parishes 1 through 9, parishes 10 through 21, and parishes 22 through 32 respectively); the Chinese Parish (Korean Chinese and Chinese); and the Foreigners' Parish (foreigners living in Korea). It was also attended by the leaders from 43 branch churches including Masan, Daejeon, Eastern Gwangju, Gumi, Miryang, Changwon, Cheonan, Muan, Yeosu, Iksan, Jeonju, and New Gwangju Manmin Churches.

The worship service was broadcast live via GCN (www.gcntv.org) and via the internet. Elder Hongki Park, President of Men's District Leaders' Association presided over the service. Senior Deaconess Kyungae Jeon, President of Women's Cell Leaders' Association gave representative prayer and Senior Deaconess Misun Kil, from Daejeon Manmin Church, read the passage. Then, the devotees offered up special praise to God with their hearts.

Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee delivered the message entitled "The Measure of Faith" based on Romans 12:3 and he spoke on three check points to attain such faith that is fitting for leaders.

He urged them to try their best to achieve the heart of the Lord by checking these three points: the depth of heart, that is, how much spiritual love and gentleness you've achieved; the breadth of heart, namely how many souls you can accept and serve; and the capacity of heart, in other words, how much demonstrated in action.

While offering up the service, devotees made up their minds to grow up more in faith, to tend souls with the heart of the Lord, and to attain the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.
