Manmin Central Church started its Latin American ministry when Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee was invited to the Argentina Blessing Crusade for Koreans in July 1996. Through his prayer for the sick, many people in attendance were healed of various kinds of diseases. He also led a Pastors' Seminar for local pastors and preached about "The Keys to the Church Growth" before more than 1,000 people.

At the request of pastors who received much grace in the seminar, Dr. Lee led the 2nd Argentina Pastors' Seminar and Revival Meeting in October 1997. The two-day event attracted a total of approximately 8,000 people (Photo 2).

In 2004 Dr. Jaerock Lee's Peru Healing Crusade was conducted in the Campo de Marte Park in Lima, the capital city of Peru, drawing about 500,000 people (Photo 1, Dr. Lee with Peruvian President before the crusade).

Through explosive works of power manifested in the crusade, countless people were healed and converted to Protestant Christianity. This crusade set the record for the best and greatest crusade in Peru's Christian history. Afterwards, about 670 churches registered or were set up as branch and associate churches including Peru Manmin Church. The Latin American ministry is active and on-going. Many people have received much grace and experienced powerful works through Dr. Lee's messages that are being broadcast all over Latin America via Enlace TV, the foremost Christian broadcaster in Latin America.

In July, 2016, Rev. Heesun Lee, Manmin World Guidance Pastor (Photo 5) led Handkerchief Healing Meeting in two branch churches in South America with the handkerchief on which Dr. Lee had prayed (Photos 3, 4, 6 through 10; Ref: Acts 19:11-12).

On July 14, Rev. Lee was invited to Peru Manmin Church's 10th Anniversary Service. She delivered the message and then prayed for the sick with the handkerchief. After the prayer, a girl who had been mute for three years came to speak and a boy was healed of congenital hemophilia. Additionally, many diseases were cured and health issues improved including poor eyesight and hearing ability, cataracts, high blood pressure, and thyroid disease.

On July 16, she met Rosalba Rodriguez De Rincon, President of Enlace TV, Colombia and her husband. She said, "GCN programs share the spotless gospel of holiness delivered by Dr. Jaerock Lee and outstanding Christian performing arts culture with the viewers. Through the programs, many people have been saved and received healing and blessings. I appreciate it."

On July 17, Colombia Manmin Church had its 4th Anniversary Service. This church was established mainly through people who had received Dr. Lee's sermon programs aired via Enlace TV. During the service, Rev. Heesun Lee prayed for the sick with the handkerchief of power. Then, Sister Catalina Corredor and Sister Carolina García were healed of nearsightedness and astigmatism that troubled them for 10 years and 20 years respectively. Sister Nora Chapano was also healed of the vision impairment, amblyopia, that she had suffered from for 30 years. In addition, many people were healed of diseases including asthma, high blood pressure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease that had persisted for 40 years.
