Easter Service & Holy Communion; Cantata & Easter Eggs

In commemoration of Easter, a date on which Our Lord resurrected after redeeming mankind from their sins through His death and shattering the authority of death, Manmin Central Church held "The Easter Memorial Service & Communion."
On Easter Sunday 2008, March 23, Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Jaerock Lee delivered a message titled "Hope of Resurrection" (Acts 1:10-11) during the Sunday Morning Service. The Sunday Evening Service, in which the Senior Pastor proclaimed a message titled "Love" (John 19:1, 17-18, 32-34), also included the Communion. Review sessions and baptism took place on March 9 and 16.
During the second half of the Friday All-night Service on March 21, the Easter cantata "Prayer at Gethsemane" was performed. Led by the Performing Arts Committee, the cantata, which involved nearly 600 actors, staff members, and members of choirs, was a seven-act project (Jesus' prayer at Gethsemane; His arrest; the Passion; Via Dolorosa; His death; and the Ascension), allowing those in attendance to experience the magnificent love of Jesus. The performance is also to be broadcast to the entire world on the Global Christian Network (GCN) and Manmin TV.
The Women's Mission distributed Easter Eggs to Manmin members and neighbors. Accompanied by the performances of the Nissi Orchestra, the Mission distributed the Easter Eggs at the nearby offices, public offices, businesses, and citizens, and spread the joy of the Lord's resurrection.
