As the bitter water at Marah turned into potable water 3,500 years ago by the prayer of Moses (Exodus 15:26), the truthfulness of the Bible was affirmed yet again in March 2000 when the seawater off the southern coast of Korea turned into drinkable water by the prayer of Dr. Jaerock Lee.
When people drank and applied the Sweet Water by faith, such extraordinary and marvelous works such as the restoration of their eyesight, healing of diseases, and receiving the desires of their heart, have been taking place.
Moreover, many foreign guests from all walk of life have visited Muan Manmin Church, the site of the Sweet Water, experienced the works of God's power, given great glory to God.
The superiority and safety of the Sweet Water have recently been affirmed by the Food and Drug Administration (a U.S. federal government agency responsible for the safety regulation of most types of foods, dietary supplements, drugs, vaccines, biological medical products, blood products, medical devices, radiation-emitting devices, veterinary products, and cosmetics), and to possess a high quantity of minerals beneficial to the human body.
In September, the site of the Sweet Water underwent major renovation to better serve the ever-so increasing number of guests from around the world. It today features a fall whose width measures 98 feet and height measures 36 feet, as well as the Bethesda Submersion Pool, and has fit in well with the natural surroundings and added to its beauty and elegance.
Guests from abroad in Korea on occasion of Manmin's 25th anniversary also visited Muan Manmin Church and, as General Naaman had washed in the Jordan River seven times to be healed of leprosy, many of them received God's healing and had their spiritual eyes open.
