Brother Amador Serna Aguero, age 54, Peru Manmin Church

I used to believe that religious faith counted for nothing. It was because I had been suffering from many diseases and had never felt happy although I was a Catholic for a long time. My wife and I argued so often. We had no peace.

Meantime, in 2012, my wife started to attend Peru Manmin Church. I persecuted her for it because I thought it was a waste of time to go to church. However, she changed a lot positively after she attended the church. She treated me with a loving attitude and said she wanted to go to church with me.

In July 2013, I registered in Peru Manmin Church after I saw her change, and through the church members' care and at their urging.

I had to use a wheelchair because of the aftereffects of cerebral hemorrhage. Several months after I began attending the church, I received the prayer of the handkerchief on which Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee had prayed (Acts 19:11-12). After the prayer, strength was given to my legs and I gained the ability again to walk. I did not use the wheelchair any longer.

However, a half of my body was not normal. To move a little, I had to expend a lot of energy. While I was listening to the Word of God, I began to hope to be healed completely by God. From 2014, I prayed and fasted, and realized that my disease came from my stubborn personality. I was strong willed man. In fact, it was hard for me to kneel down due to pain, but I knelt down before God with a humble heart and cried out.

I shed a lot of tears in repentance thinking of my family members who had suffered because of me. On April 3, 2014, I received Rev. Heesun Lee, Manmin World Guidance Pastor's prayer of the handkerchief.

Then the left side of my body that had been paralyzed became normal and came to move. My family is now filled with happy laughter. I praise the name of Jesus Christ who healed me and blessed me. Hallelujah!
