Senior Deaconess Hyunsuk Cho, President of Women's Mission, Manmin Central Church

Manmin Central Church's 34th anniversary was much more special than ever. As for the weather, it was really hot on October 4th, which was five days before the anniversary. Due to the late summer heat, the highest temperature was 29 degrees Celsius. But it dropped, and on October 8th it was 21.8 degrees Celsius. God always allowed the best and most optimum weather during the church's big events and sometimes He allowed rain before the events to clean the environment. This time as well, it rained from Friday afternoon until early Saturday morning.

On Saturday morning, Women's Mission members made Korean traditional pancakes in the best of weather. The cool winds kept blowing to cool the completed ones. We felt God's touch in controlling the weather and happily cleaned the sanctuaries and prepared food.

On October 9, the weather forecast predicted that it would be cold with 17 degrees as the highest temperature and strong winds were predicted that would make us feel even colder. However, the winds died away around the church. It was sunny and refreshing weather. The warm sunshine let our church members have lunch at the best temperature between 23 and 24 degrees!

When I served overseas guests, I saw them experience the works of God through Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee's prayer. I was so proud to be a member of Manmin. Many bishops who came from Africa and Egypt expressed their thankful hearts and showed their love and respect for Senior Pastor.

Dr. Mikhail Morgulis, President of Spiritual Diplomacy, USA asked Senior Pastor to pray for his country hit by Hurricane Matthew that was a Category 3 storm. On October 8, when Senior Pastor prayed during Anniversary Eve Service, it weakened to Category 1 and died out as a tropical cyclone.

The guests also praised our church and members. I felt grateful to Senior Pastor who spiritually brought us up with right teachings. I was so happy to realize the glory unfolded in the name of Manmin, full of God's blessings and fruits of glory!
