I was deeply touched by the sermons that I listened to at Nairobi Manmin Church’s Sunday Service and joined Manmin as its member in Nov. 2020.
Rev. Myongho Chung of Nairobi Manmin Church gives a sermon based on sermons of Dr. Jaerock Lee, Senior Pastor of Manmin Central Church in Korea. Senior Pastor’s sermons explain the word of God clearly and have the power which makes us practice it.
In addition, when Rev. Chung prays with the handkerchief on which Dr. Jaerock Lee had prayed, amazing works of power are manifested to give glory to God. I thought I had to take the root of my faith in the true church where there are the word of life and works of power.
So, I evangelized my husband and now we’re attending every worship service including Sunday worship services and Daniel prayer meetings and leading our Christian lives happily. Recently, my brother, Dr. Malachi, working as a professor at a College of Music in Kisumu, has been evangelized and became a sheep of Manmin. He was touched by the sermons and wanted to spread them. So he teaches his students of the Message of the Cross, Dr. Lee’s sermons to spread the gospel.

I had a chance of grace where I could experience the work of God’s power in Aug. 2021. I felt abnormal symptoms in my body and saw a doctor with my friend who had the same symptoms. I was tested positive for COVID-19.
I wanted to be treated at the hospital but I wasn’t allowed because it could no longer accept COVID-19 patients. After receiving an order for self-quarantine from the hospital, my friend and I received prayer from Rev. Myongho Chung. Then, my whole body felt comfortable, there were no abnormal symptoms. My friend was surprised that the symptoms of COVID-19 disappeared.
The next day, I went to the hospital to confirm my recovery and see if my family was infected. The doctor said to come again 14 days after self-quarantine. However, their test results came out and I found my 3-year-old daughter and the housemaid got infected.
I made a phone call and asked Rev. Chung to pray and he prayed for them with the handkerchief of power. After that, the symptoms immediately disappeared and their physical condition became better.
After the self-quarantine period, we were tested at the hospital and heard that we were tested negative.
I am thankful to meet Manmin by the Lord’s grace and to become His child who loves God and is loved by Him. All thanks and glory be to God the Father of love who blesses me to be able to live a happy life in the Lord on earth.
