“The grace of the Lord has guided me.”

My daughter Maureen has been attending Nairobi Manmin Church since 2016. She was 9 years old at the time, and she loved the church very much and talked a lot about his pastor Rev. Myonggho Cheong. She also slept holding the picture of Dr. Jaerock Lee, Senior Pastor of Manmin Central Church in Korea. When she was sick, she put the picture on her chest and prayed to God in the name of the Lord and received healings.
It was amazing, but I didn’t like what she did. Because my family and neighbors said that Manmin Church was not a good church, I persecuted her not to go to church. However, Deaconess Janet came to my house every Saturday and gave my daughter transportation fee so that she could go to church. We live in a poor slum area, so seeing her taking care of my daughter unchangingly, I started to appreciate her.
In April 2022, I had a dream where Rev. Myongho Cheong of Nairobi Manmin Church was shining as a great light. After I woke up from the dream, I was convinced that Manmin Church was a good church, and I no longer persecuted my daughter. Moreover, when I saw Deaconess Janet treated dinner for my daughter with love to congratulate her on the day she was baptized, I was greatly moved by her love and sincerity over the years.
With this grace of the Lord, I finally went to Nairobi Manmin Church on May 8 to attend Sunday worship service. Rev. Myongho Cheong was full of humility and love just like I saw in my dream, and I was happy to be warmly welcomed by the church members. The grace of the Lord that has been accumulated over the years has led me to Manmin. I thank the Lord for waiting for me with love, and I am very happy these days as I come to know that love.


“My son who couldn’t walk well came to walk and jump after receiving prayer.”

My son, Katrick Medes(Age 19) has been unable to walk since 2021 due to weakness in his legs and back and weak knees.
He always had to be supported by others, and there were many difficulties at school, so he couldn’t live properly in the dormitory and had to come home from time to time. The doctor said it was a symptom of vitamin D deficiency. He was treated in the hospital, but there was no improvement.
Then, after being evangelized from Pastor Boaz, I and my beloved son attended the Sunday worship service of Nairobi Manmin Church on May 29, 2022.
I received great grace from the sermon, I asked Rev. Myongho Cheong to pray for my son after the service.
Rev. Cheong laid his hands on my son and prayed with the handkerchief of power(Acts 19:11-12), and an amazing thing happened. As soon as my son received the prayer, he walked and jumped. Hallelujah!



I was overjoyed, and the church members who saw this burst out with cheers. After that, my son returned to the school dormitory and is doing well. I give thanks and glory to God for doing a wonderful miracle for my family.
