It happened on February 8, 2023, when I was shaking off the blanket in my house.
At first, I carried a large, heavy cotton blanket outside the veranda to dust it off, but it did not shake out well. So, I stretched the blanket down with all my strength again. At that moment I heard a popping sound in the right shoulder and unbearable pain came over me. That night I suffered so much pain with chills and fever.
Next day I went to the hospital near my house. After an x-ray check-up the doctor told me to take painkillers for a week. But the pain, fever, and chills only worsened even though I took a medicine.
A week later, on February 16, I went back to the hospital. Because my symptoms had not improved at all, I had an MRI scan. The doctor said that the largest tendon in my shoulder was torn, so I needed surgery quickly.
After returning home I discussed with my family and on February 17, I went to the hospital as recommended by my son-in-law. The doctor also told me that surgery was urgently needed and my surgery was scheduled on February 22. And I came back home.
On Saturday February 18, while taking a shower, I suddenly came to think, ‘If Senior Pastor were present here, I would go to him to receive his prayer instead of surgery. But shall I not pray but go to the hospital because he is not present with us?’ At that moment another idea came upon my mind, ‘I have to go to Acting Senior Pastor to receive her prayer!’

Until then I had witnessed many people healed and receive answers through Senior Pastor Jaerock Lee’s prayers, and I firsthand experienced. In February 2006, I could quickly receive answer in moving into a new house by God’s grace. I put my house for sale in November 2005, but it had not been sold for 3 months. No one came to see the house, and real estate agents almost gave up.
Shortly before Friday All-night Service, I wrote a prayer topic for house problem and received a prayer from Senior Pastor. Next day something amazing happened. The house was sold immediately around 5 pm and the contract for a new house was signed around 11:30 pm. In that situation the new house owner made an unreasonable request to pay an intermediate payment within 10 days after signing the contract but the buyer of my former house paid completely right on time and I could pay the intermediate payment.
The house that had not been sold for 3 months was sold successfully and a new house was easily purchased in just one day through Senior Pastor’s prayer. It was an amazing work that could happen only by the help of the living God.
Not only that, but in early December 2008, I suddenly could not move my back. When I got up from bed or went up and down the stairs, I had to hold on to something to move. I took an MRI scan at the hospital and the doctor said that my tailbone was broken.
As I had never experienced such pain at all before I asked him what the reason was. He said that it was probably because I might have fallen down while crawling as a baby and got hurt. He added that my muscles supported my tailbone at my young age so I did not feel the pain, but as I got older, my muscle mass decreased, so I began to feel it.
I was also told that I had severe rupture of the 4th and 5th discs in the back. I had since long felt uncomfortable in the stiffened back. That was why I chose a job in which I could sit down on a chair. I had a herniated disc in the back but I didn’t know the reason why. The doctor told me to walk carefully leaning on a cane instead of taking surgery because of my age. When I heard that, I felt like I had been sentenced to death.
I attended a ‘Two-round Consecutive Special Daniel Prayer Meeting’ and prayed earnestly. One day I felt light while coming down the stairs, and I thought, “I am being healed!” Then, I came to Senior Pastor before Friday All-night Service that week and received his prayer. On the spot I was completely healed. Hallelujah!

Through that experience of the grace and power of God I was determined to receive healing of my torn shoulder tendon by the prayer of faith instead of surgery at the hospital.
So, on February 19, after Sunday evening service I received a prayer from Acting Senior Pastor Soojin Lee. At that time, I felt a cool sensation in the right shoulder and on my way home the pain began to subside. After a week there was no problem in daily life. I felt like I was about 80% healed.
For the past 27 years of my religious life, I disobeyed in many aspects in front of God. The heavenly Father full of love had been patient with me and waited for me for long, and through this incident, I felt His love that enlightened me and I decided to change my heart. So, I prayed hard and tried my best to obey God’s word.
In preparation of Divine Healing Meetings held in March and May of 2023, and also in preparation of Manmin Summer Retreat 2023 held on July 31, I attended a Vowed Daniel Prayer Meeting and prayed sincerely to change spiritually even more. At last, at the Seminar and Divine Healing Meeting held on the first day of the retreat I was completely healed after receiving the prayer from Acting Senior Pastor Soojin Lee. Hallelujah!



Now I have no problem at all in carrying heavy things and moving the arms.
I could meet the living God and experience His powerful works through Senior Pastor. That’s why God’s grace is always within my heart. Now I want to be transformed by the renewing of my mind and bring joy to Father God as a true child of God.
I give all thanks and glory to God the Father who loves us so much, the Lord of love who saved us with His redemptive blood, and to the Holy Spirit who guides us with warmth and love.
