My menopausal symptoms were particularly severe and it caused many difficulties in daily life. It started on an autumn day in October 2023. My body was abruptly burned with fever and my clothes were drenched in sweat. It happened to me even in winter and I could not wear my clothes properly. Sometimes my body cooled down in the sweating, so I would have cold with runny nose and sore throat.
Whenever I coughed, I suffered from breathing disorder. I had great troubles even in talking on the phone at the office because I couldn’t stop coughing. It worsened in closed spaces including subway, so sometimes I had to get off the subway in the middle due to severe coughing.
It got worse and worse in March of 2024 and I developed asthmatic cough. I took courage and was strongly determined to receive divine healing from God. I attended a 21-day Vowed Daniel Prayer Meeting from March 11 through 31 in preparation of the healing at a Divine Healing Meeting in March.
It was not easy for me to cry out in prayer due to coughing, but I thought, ‘If I die, I will die’ and prayed earnestly and fervently with an eager desire for the healing.
On March 29, I attended the Divine Healing Meeting during Friday All-night Service online. When Speaker Pastor Soojin Lee delivered the message, it looked like she was giving me private counseling. I was reminded that I had insisted on my self-righteousness and hurt others with too much straightforward words. I could feel the same pain they might have felt in their heart and repented with tears and runny nose.
When the speaker prayed for the sick, I was filled with the Holy Spirit and was confident of my healing. I got up and jumped around with joy. After the service, I called an acquaintance I had hurt until then and sincerely apologized to her.
Afterwards, menopausal symptoms and asthmatic cough were completely gone. I was so much happy that I was released from all difficulties and restored to normal. I give all thanks and glory to God who has changed, healed, and blessed me this much.
