Senior Deaconess Sungsook Kwon

'My hair is falling out continually!' Since my birth I have had thin hair, and after getting aged, the hair on the top of head began falling out. I tried my best to take good care of the hair because I had to wear the Korean traditional dress, Hanbok, but it was not effective. I was severely distressed in my mind until I came to think, 'Shall I wear a wig partially?' Meantime, while listening to Dr. Lee's message on 'The Seed of Life' delivered at Friday all-night service, amazing change occurred in my mind. In his messages, Dr. Lee emphasized that if we listen to the 4-session series message more than 10 times and apply it to our life with faith our life would overflow with blessing and answer. I obeyed and received real blessing.
Above all, I felt the love of God deep within my heart listening to the 4-session message 'The Seed of Life.' And I realized how precious my being in the sight of God because I learned the truth about God's creation of human beings and the seeds of life: that God the Creator formed the first man of dust from the ground and breathed the breath of life into the man's nostrils; that He planted into us the seed of life that has the original light of God in it; and that after we receive the Holy Spirit the seed of life within us revives by the Holy Spirit and we can become God's true children.
Thus, I became assured that a shortcut to repaying the grace and love of God is for me to accomplish the heart of God and come forth as His true child. And I came to feel how precious my husband and brothers and sisters in Christ are in a same way that I am deemed precious in God's sight. I discovered that I had fulfilled the task as a district leader in my own self-righteousness, not in the righteousness of God and so I had not been considerate of other believers. I repented of that wrongdoing and began being careful in my words and actions. I tried my best to speak and act only with goodness. I looked at the other's good points and tried to encourage them. Seeing them encouraged and running the race of faith joyfully, I was happy.
Thus, after I listened to the message "The Seed of Life" many times, my heart and faith became greatly renewed, and God gave me the grace and the fullness of the Spirit. In that grace, last July, I had a special experience. One day, while combing my hair to attend the District Prayer Meeting, I found my hair on the head had become rich. It was totally unexpected, and I was so moved and glad. As I could hairstyle myself beautifully in visiting church members, I did not shrink back in my heart anymore and did everything confidently.
The owner of the Cult Hair Beauty Salon, who had styled my hair for a few years, said, "Her hair was very thin and poor. But now she has very rich and thick hair. I am wondering what she had done with it."
God also gave me better health so that I could wear high-heeled shoes. Until then I used to wear comfortable and low loafers because I felt tired with high-heeled shoes.
Many members of my district received blessing and answer after they listened to the 4-session message "The Seed of Life": a new believer Brother Sangdon Lee was healed of 10-year dermatitis on the head and quitted smoking and drinking; Deaconess Sooki Kim received blessing at her business; Deacon Hyungryul Han could exercise self-control and lost his weight by 6 kg; Senior Deaconess Guiyeon Choi was healed of allergic dermatitis; and Deacon Taesoon Lee was healed of the pain on the back of his head.
I give all thanks and glory to the living God and our Savior Jesus Christ. And I appreciate Senior Pastor Dr. Jaerock Lee who has planted the hope for New Jerusalem into my heart, helped me lead a life filled with the Holy Spirit and led me to the path to spiritual and material blessing through the special message 'The Seed of Life."
